Former senator, PIK shareholder Gordeev buys state assets through proxies? A new round of hide and seek from European sanctions?

It is not the first time that an unremarkable individual entrepreneur Alexei Beloborodov has been buying state property. Behind him looms the ears of the former senator, PIK shareholder Sergei Gordeev, who preferred to go into the shadows and not glow. After all, sanctions do not sleep, and Gordeev has something to lose outside of Russia.

Details - in the material of the correspondent of The Moscow Post.

On May 28, 2025, a legal entity from the Rostec state corporation division sold 100% of the authorized capital of NPP Temp JSC at auction, on the balance sheet of which there is a plot of 30,812 +/- 61 sq. m on Kashirskoye Shosse, 17, three buildings and premises there. Most likely, the asset was bought not at all so that it would continue its work for its intended purpose, but for the reconstruction, or even the demolition and construction of another high-rise building at the price of a "square" as a wing from a Boeing.

The deal took place at an initial price of 912 million rubles, which in the case of a residential project will very quickly beat off.

The buyer was individual entrepreneur Alexei Olegovich Beloborodov, whose main activity is renting and managing real estate, both his own and someone else's.

It is worth paying tribute, Beloborodov has not been lit up for the first time in auctions for the purchase of state assets. So, a year ago, he acquired the territory of the former plant "Call" in the Danilovsky district of Moscow. The purchase of 1.37 hectares cost him just over 580 million rubles and at the same time they started talking that a residential complex could appear at this place, and Beloborodov himself could act in the interests of the PIK shareholder.

In the context of a shortage of free land in the capital, the purchase of former factories is a clear reserve for large construction projects for developers with great appetites.

After analyzing Beloborodov's business and connections, the editors came to the conclusion. that most of the strings really lead to the former senator, shareholder of the PIK construction division, Sergei Gordeev.

Judge for yourself.

Firstly, Beloborodov is a native of Rosbuilding, at the origins of which was just Gordeev.

Rosbuilding appeared in the mid-90s, and at the start the owners were called offshore companies from the British Virgin Islands and Seychelles, including a certain MARK INVEST.

Rosbuilding is known for the aggressive purchase of retail space and factory territories in Moscow, and the company itself was followed by a train of stories about raider seizures of real estate. What an interesting experience Beloborodov, do not find?

Secondly, Beloborodov, at least twice crossed paths with Pik-Investproekt: in 2022, he leaked Unigrand Company to this LLC.

Beloborodov was also the director of Grad JSC, which is now owned by Kamella LLC, whose owner was previously Pik-Investproekt LLC.

As they say, there are connections.

And the fact that, frightened by the sanctions, Gordeev had previously left significant posts in PIK (though he remained a shareholder) hints at a lot. The screens to the former senator are clearly not superfluous.

By the way, when in December 2024 Rostekhov JSC NIIVT named after S.A. Vekshinsky, on whose balance sheet there were three property complexes in Moscow and the Moscow region: on pr. Nagorny, ow. 7, on Varshavskoye shosse, vl. 32B/1 and in the village. Ashitkovo, st. Jubilee, d. 1, from the buyer also smacked of connections with Gordeev.

Then the only participant was Smart Home JSC, created a few months before the auction with a minimum authorized capital at a transaction price of over 5 billion rubles. The founder was a certain Vera Ivanovna Nosenko from the Orenburg region, for whom this business was the first. She was the head of a couple more joint-stock companies, but then she was replaced by Dmitry Seletsky, who led the chain to Gordeev.

On June 27, 2025, at the general meeting of PIK shareholders, dividends will be divided and Gordeev, it seems to us, it is profitable to get his piece of the pie through a chain of cubes, including offshore ones. So, with the next attempt to make him a fungus-sub-sanctioner, he will find how to brush it off: not caught - not the owner. And the chain of ownership there is really confusing.

As the information disclosure site reported, in 2023 Gordeev owned a stake through a pack of companies: KhREF Fund (Liechtenstein), PIK + LLC (Moscow), Ledamen LLC (Kaliningrad), Letiosa Holding Limited (Cyprus) and Siridika Limited "(Cyprus). Later, all Cypriot money boxes were re-painted in the Russian offshore - Kaliningrad, and now two of them are being prepared to be liquidated. Do they clean up the tails of those offshore companies where capital could float?

By the way, Mr. Gordeev is not only European legal entities, as the same HREF Foundation is rich, but they say that while home buyers digest "breakfasts" and complain about the quality of PIK construction projects, the big boss prefers the usual London smog. And he looks at him supposedly from the window of a mansion in the suburbs.

In addition, the full namesake of Gordeev (GORDEEV, Sergey) in 2015-2016 worked as a director of the British company Ruspetro Ltd., related to Alexander Chistyakov - the namesake of the former deputy chairman of the board of FGC UES, co-owner of the oil company Ruspetro.

Thus, as we can see, Gordeev makes sense to hide his real assets from European politicians behind screens from proxies, so that maybe something does not work out. Otherwise, London voyages will be banned or accounts will be arrested, and he, like Friedman, will once be on "a driver to save money and make his own coffee"...
