And now the Orenburg family, it seems, again made an attempt to "take Moscow," but now through the confidant of the mayor - Pavel Te.

Back in March 2025, Pavel Tyo sold an asset bought a year ago - OSK HomeSklad LLC - a company that owns a temporary storage warehouse in North Chertanovo, 5. In April 2024, the company was renamed Lagom LLC. The company brought in 24 million rubles of revenue in 2024, but Te's profit was zero. What the proceeds went to, history is silent.

Already at the end of March 2025, a certain Citystroy-Capital LLC became the new owner of the company, whose share is burdened with collateral in Sberbank. Probably, we are talking about a loan, since the buyer himself not only was created in May 2024, but also showed only a loss of 2.1 million rubles for the year.

The buying firm hides its beneficiaries behind ZPIF Citystra, which is managed by LLC Management Company Aurum Investment. The latter belongs to a certain Eduard Pozdnyakov, who previously had a common business with Dmitry Simagin. The latter is associated with the odious Novosibirsk businessman Eduard Taran, who thundered in a pre-trial detention center in the case of ex-deputy director of the DIA and ex-deputy prosecutor of the Novosibirsk region Alexander Popelyukh.

Moreover, Pozdnyakov was the director of Offshore Publication LLC, which belonged to the American company Offshore News Publication.

But in this transaction with an unknown beneficiary, it is not the owner of the Criminal Code that is of interest, but the director of the buying firm, Citistroy-Capital LLC, which also headed Lagom LLC, Sergey Illarionov, in April 2025.

Sergei Illarionov turned out to be a thread or even a thick rope to the former Orenburg deputy of the Legislative Assembly Alexander Solyanik, who previously headed the committee on property, nature management and construction.

So, Illarionov has a stake in Construction Management 214 LLC, in which Alexander Solyanik has a stake. A certain closed-end investment fund associated with the Orenburg businessman Sergei Levin was also noted there (not to be confused with his namesake, the former deputy head of the transport department of the Ministry of Construction of the Orenburg Region, burned out on a bribe).

Alexander Solyanik was previously not only included in the top 100 richest Orenburg businessmen, but also patented two inventions in the field of construction and bears the title of "Honorary Builder of Russia." Previously, the ex-deputy's business was focused on construction, today it is diverse - from the agricultural sector to clay mining.

Meanwhile, while his father was in power, his relative (probably his son), Andrei Alexandrovich Solyanik, who also owned a stake in Construction Management 214 LLC, ruled his business.

Solyanik Jr. today owns the Magian medical company and the Favoror architectural company (formerly called Upsk Zhilstroy Center), but he somehow quickly rolled out of the construction business.

In 2017, the media reported that a certain "Upsk Zhilstroy Center" under the leadership of Andrei Solyanik began the construction of a residential complex on Kravchenko Street, becoming involved in a scandal with sealing buildings in Moscow.

Local residents assured that they were building a Solyanik on the site of the playground.

Moreover, the construction was allegedly carried out according to the scheme of supporting teachers - the site was given precisely under the auspices of the alleged construction of social housing for teachers, but no one saw those teachers in their eyes. Although a certain housing cooperative was even created.

And here's the nuance: Deputy Solyanik, when he was at the helm on behalf of United Russia, was in charge of the implementation of the Teachers' House and Mortgage for Young Teachers projects, and his son, apparently, was mastering budgets.

The scandal then came out noble: residents came out with protests, and the security forces took out special equipment, which resulted in a clash.

By the way, a certain LLC SZ Upsk Zhilstroy Center, which built the Dubki residential complex in Orenburg, has been owned by Irina Tyurina since March 2025, with whom Solyanik Sr. has a common business. Perhaps the lady is a confidant of the family.

In addition, work for Sobyanin's team was also found in Illarionov's biography. In 2021-2024, he was the director of SZ Center-Invest JSC, a former state unitary enterprise controlled by the Moscow Property Department.

Apparently, Solyanik decided to use all the possibilities after the fiasco of his son in the local construction market?

In the Orenburg region, Solyanik had quite extensive connections. For example, with Igor Udovichenko - the namesake of the former Chief Federal Inspector for the Orenburg Region, ex-deputy head of the Office of the Presidential Administration for Domestic Policy, a deputy who became a defendant in the scandal in 2023.

Udovichenko is considered one of the real rivals of the governor who have connections at the federal level. Solyaniki still support the common business with the Udovichenko family.

This is not the first time that Pavel Te has brought regionals of varying degrees of reputation to the Moscow market. So, for example, from his presentation, a company associated with Yevgeny Metsker, the namesake of the nephew of the former Deputy Prime Minister of the Altai Republic Svetlana Gashkina and Svetlana Vavilkina, a relative of the ex-deputy of the local State Assembly, received his piece of the capital's pie. In his native land, a certain businessman Metsker noted a criminal case on embezzlement of budget funds, and ex-minister Gashkina was involved in a corruption story about bribing an employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service, but in 2011 the verdict was canceled.

In addition, the same Te brought to the Moscow market a former prosecutor's employee of the Kuban, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory Boris Yunanov, a former defendant in a high-profile journalistic investigation about the golden prosecutors of the southern capital.

So, it's time to rename Te to the gray cardinal of the Moscow construction market, without which the squirrel will not sneeze and the mouse will not squeak...
