It seems that the developer Ryabinsky chose Mordovia for a new base of his companies for a reason. Connections through proxies in his region turned out to be very extensive - from the family of the former head to former ministers and officials easier.
Or maybe Zdunov is in business? It is not for nothing that a native of Tatarstan helped with the purchase of an apartment, where Ryabinsky's new firms are registered.

We will remind, earlier insiders reported on the possible transfer of the state contract for the restoration of the Kursk region into the hands of Andrei Ryabinsky, who, after the sale of the MIC to the Aircraft division of the Vorobyov family, had some money boxes, but he quickly ended up with new ones.
In 2023-2024, a businessman with an alternate airfield in London, where a spouse with a British passport and a daughter live in an elite estate, took care of the creation of legal entities not covered up by scandals in Russia.
For their "base" was chosen the capital of Mordovia - Saransk and the address of a private apartment, which Ryabinsky probably helped to acquire a native of Tatarstan. From there, by the way, Mordovia was sent a new chapter - the popularly nicknamed "wait" Artyom Zdunov, who looks like a temporary worker waiting for a promotion.
But, as it turned out, Mordovia may not be chosen from scratch by Ryabinsky, whose firms were disgraced in the capital regions. One contract with the National Guards is worth something to apartments for orphans of Balashikha. Both contracts were implemented with shortcomings, and Rosgvardia was even forced to go to court. The MIC division, together with a toxic biography, was eventually leaked to the Plane, which is still forced to rake the consequences.
All four companies created in 2023-2024 with a residence permit in Mordovia have the status of a developer, which hints at possible participation in state contracts. Since while they look like spare airfields and have not lit up anywhere, demonstrating penny losses.

An analysis of Ryabinsky's ties, meanwhile, showed that Mordovia may not be a stranger to him, but here he has established ties with both the influential family of the former head of Merkushkin and the former ministers of Vladimir Volkov, as well as smaller officials.
In 2018-2022, Ryabinsky was a co-founder of the Moscow public organization "Assistance to the Development of Equestrian Culture and Sports," now liquidated. Together with him, among the founders there were two immigrants from Mordovia - Alexey Finaev and Alexey Zverkov.

And this is where the rule of five handshakes comes into force, which from these two leads to a pyramid of connections.
So, Mr. Finaev in 2022-2024 was the head of the Hunter Hunting and Fishing Club of Mordovia.
Among the co-founders of the club, Yuri Golov was noted - this is not only the former head of the Lambirsky district of Mordovia, but also the former deputy minister of agriculture and food of Mordovia.

The head was not called a man of the Merkushkin family from scratch. Just recently, there was a hearing in the local media that he could be appointed director of the Merkushkin poultry farm instead of Alexander Schemerov.
In addition to Golov, among the co-founders of the club we see Sergei and Alexander Gurin, who, through the private security company Skar, were associated with Alexei Zyuzin, the former head of the management company for industrial parks in Mordovia, established by the local government.
In the same place, in the co-founders, we see Valery Radaykin, who is the president of the right hunting club Prisurye. But in it we already see the remaining color of the nation, so to speak.
Among the co-founders, Vladimir Ruzhenkov was discovered - the former Minister of Trade of Mordovia, the ex-head of the Mordovian government apparatus, the ex-president of the Mordovian ice hockey federation. He was also a member of the State Assembly.
In 2018, Ruzhenkov appeared in a scandal related to raiding. At the heart of the conflict was the fate of the tank farm. Later, audio recordings were made public in the media, allegedly made by a businessman during visits to officials. The recordings sound voices similar to the speech of the then Deputy Prime Minister of Mordovia Vladimir Ruzhenkov and Governor Vladimir Volkov.

In addition to Volkov, Ruzhenkov may have rather strong ties with the family of another head - Merkushkin. So, Ruzhenkov was a co-founder of the Mordovia-Internet Foundation, where the Creation Foundation was also noted, where among the creators we see Alexander Ivanovich Merkushkin, the namesake of the brother of the former head of Mordovia, ex-governor of the Samara region Nikolai Merkushkin.
And although Alexander Merkushkin died in 2021, clan ties in this empire are close. By the way, the older brother of the ex-head at one time was in charge of construction.

Returning to the co-founders of the right hunting club Prisurye. Among them was Vyacheslav Matyaev, the former head of the Krasnoslobodsky district department of the UFK in the Republic of Mordovia and the former head of the Okhotsk Administration of the Republic of Mordovia.

Political Mordovia, like any other republic, is distinguished by a great love of nepotism, that is, in order to enter some segment of the local market, including construction, you need to have a lobby at the top. And it seems that Ryabinsky has already taken care of this.
So, we will not be surprised if a friend of Mikhail from the so-called Solntsevskys suddenly emerges as an executor of state contracts not only in the Kursk region, but also in Mordovia.
