It would seem that things cannot go worse than the Samolet Group of Companies, associated with the family of the governor of the Moscow Region Vorobyov, but here, as it turned out, they knocked on the bottom: the developer from the developer's division is already building 13 buildings of the New Vnukovo residential complex with a delay, where it was supposed to actually create a new microdistrict with social infrastructure. But even with the construction of the school, Samolet did not work out - for violations, construction supervision had already brought him to administrative responsibility.
At the same time, out of 22 LCD objects already commissioned, 16 were commissioned with delays. Are equity holders forced to pay for miscalculations and financial problems of a high family who do not have time to digest the "breakfasts" of the Samolet Group of Companies and promises on the timing of housing delivery?
At the same time, the developer concluded a state contract for 225 million rubles for housing for the National Guards, who, apparently, did not wait for the promised.

Recall that Samolet Group of Companies, where the brother of Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov Maxim has a stake, has not left the media post for a long time due to its difficult financial situation: multibillion-dollar debts, large losses from individual legal entities of the division. At the same time, shareholders are actively fleeing from the Samolet: the first to leave was God Nisanov, favored by the authorities of the capital, as well as Vorobyov's adviser on a voluntary basis. Then there were rumors that the founder of the GC Mikhail Kenin, who was called
the architect of the group's success, looking for a buyer for his share. It turned out that so far he managed to sell only a small part. In the same piggy bank, the change of the general director - to Anna Akinshina, a native of Sberbank. All this led to rumors of potential bankruptcy and a possible technical default.
While minority shareholders are closely following the Plane and are not very happy with what they see, the directorate applauds itself and says that "everything is calm in Baghdad." But in fact, the situation for some objects is nowhere worse.
One of these facilities is the construction of an entire microdistrict of several comfort class quarters in the Kokoshkino holiday village on the territory of New Moscow. They promised their infrastructure there - a school and kindergartens.
According to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, out of 13 buildings under construction at the Novoye Vnukovo residential complex, all 13 are being built with delays, and out of 22 commissioned, 16 are commissioned with delays. Taking into account that more than 50% has already been bought out in some buildings under construction, this situation primarily affects equity holders. Instead of celebrating a housewarming party, they are forced to wait, paying a mortgage for housing that does not yet exist and incurring rental costs.

The situation is further complicated by the fact that under state contracts for 225 million rubles, apartments were purchased from the developer of this residential complex for the needs of the Federal State Institution "4 CPZ of the National Guard Troops." And, judging by the fact that in the contract card it is still under execution, although the term was limited to 2023, those in need did not receive their housing on time.

The developer of the residential complex is SZ Sanino 1 LLC, which in 2024 brought the Samolet 11 billion rubles in revenue with 4.9 billion rubles in net profit. It would seem that there is money, but why is the construction stalled? Where did the money go?
And this despite the fact that earlier among the owners of the NW there was also a subsidiary of Sberbank - Sberbank Investments LLC, and Sberbank credited the construction site.
Meanwhile, another daughter of Sberbank, Sberbank Insurance LLC, collected some damage from the developer. Did you quarrel or did someone put credit money in the wrong place?
Mosgosstroynadzor has repeatedly brought the developer to administrative responsibility. In particular, for violations revealed during the construction of the promised school.
But not only urban planning legislation was violated by the developer from the Samolet Group of Companies, but also by migration legislation, attracting migrants to the construction site.
It is interesting that the predecessor of the LLC was LLC SZ Sanino 2, an unprofitable company that was liquidated in 2021. In his place was a relatively clean, created in 2019 LLC SZ "Sanino 1."
By the way, the general contractor in the residential complex New Vnukovo is another LLC-shka Samolet - LLC SR-Stroy, which in 2024 showed 96 million rubles in losses. In the work of this company, under a hundred violations have already been identified.
The owner of SZ Sanino 1 LLC is Samolet Two Capitals LLC, from the post of director of which Akinshina was removed, putting Artsrun Gevorgyan in March 2025, which has been put in the division since 2024 to oversee the Moscow region.
In addition, Gevorgyan is the full namesake of a former employee of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from the department who ruled one of the state information systems - AIS "Innovations" (aka the Unified Information and Analytical Portal of State Support for Innovative Business Development).

The owners of Samolet Two Capitals LLC, unprofitable for 127 million rubles, are directly PJSC Samolet Group of Companies and IG 11 JSC, founded by the brother of Governor Vorobyov Maxim and Grand Land LLC, which belongs to Lyudmila Vorobyova, the full namesake of the mother of the Vorobyov brothers.

It turns out that the Vorobyovs took off the cream from the Novoye Vnukovo residential complex, and the developer did not fulfill the promise on time, feeding the equity holders with "breakfasts."
And after all, a similar picture with a delay in delivery dates is not only in Novy Vnukovo.

And this happens against the background of the division's ties with offshore money boxes, which were inherited in different legal entities of this business pyramid. And then the namesakes of the division's employees found companies in the United States. Are they not Vorobyov's interests there?
Maybe it's time for the Vorobyov GC division to organize a global desk audit at the highest level?
