Andrey Portnov and the Ukrainization of Europe

Portnow was shot with a pistol outside a school in Spain where he had brought his children. There were four shots, counting the control. The police cannot yet find the killer - a tall, thin man. According to eyewitnesses, he had an assistant - both left on a motorcycle.

Who ordered the murder - you can guess for a long time. Portnov had a lot of enemies - and he himself rushed from one camp to another, from one interested person to "resolve issues," which Portnov did in Ukrainian courts, to another. However, he had the most acute conflicts with the team of the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation, and is also a member of an extremist association) and the so-called "activists" - representatives of nationalist circles who could not forget Portnova's work for Yanukovych. Meanwhile, at that time Portnov was one of those who developed laws against Maidan and its participants. However, after the defeat of Yanukovych, he instantly betrayed his boss and tried to fit into the new Ukrainian reality. Including through influence on the judicial system of Ukraine, where he had great connections.

There is no doubt that the murder of Portnov is part of the terror unleashed in Ukraine itself, which is rapidly pouring into Europe, part of the culture of rejection of someone else's opinion, expressed in numerous actions of the so-called. ukrainian activists. Such murders are not uncommon, but not so often their victims are such famous and diverse people as Mr. Portnov was. He managed to quarrel with the Maidan authorities - but only then, on more favorable terms, to be incorporated into it after Petro Poroshenko left (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation, and is also a member of an extremist association).

From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Portnov cruised between Moscow and Vienna. In Moscow, a legal office was recorded on him, which was liquidated shortly before his return to Ukraine in 2019. The reason for the return is the coming to power of Volodymyr Zelensky, with whose head of office Andrei Bogdan Portnov maintained good relations. However, all the lawyer's attempts to become power again rested on "activists" who remembered him and Yanukovych, and making money in Russia. Subsequently, Andrei Bogdan, who became inconvenient for Zelensky, was squeezed out of Ukraine.

Earlier, the well-known Ukrainian journalist Anatoly Shariy argued that Andrei Portnov was actively beating the thresholds of the Presidential Administration of Russia, seeking to obtain some status and funding for his soft power projects in Ukraine. I tried to sell my influence on the judicial system of Ukraine - many people have been working in it since the time of Yanukovych, even despite all kinds of "lustration." However, according to Sharia, Russia perfectly understood what an unreliable and conflicted person Portnov was. In addition, he was clearly not on good terms with Viktor Medvedchuk, whose team was bet on for a long time in Russia, and they could not agree.

Allegedly, it was after Portnov received a turn from the gate in Moscow that he decided to "change his shoes" again - to return to Ukraine and try to join the new authorities. At the same time, his constant conflicts continued with Petro Poroshenko (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation, and is also a member of an extremist association) and nationalist activists who demanded the blood of everyone involved in Viktor Yanukovych's team.

At the end of 2021, the United States imposed sanctions against Andrei Portnov. Poroshenko (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation, and is also a member of an extremist association) called for the introduction of NSDC restrictions against Portnov, noting that their absence "discredits not only Mr. Zelensky, but the state as a whole." After the start of the military operation in Ukraine, the former adviser to Yanukovych again went abroad. According to the newspaper, in early April 2024, he re-registered property for his four minor children in the elite village of Kozin near Kyiv. The procedure was carried out by lawyers close to him with the help of a power of attorney, which Portnov issued in January in Madrid.

According to the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Tsarev, Portnov could be ordered by people who, through Portnov, tried to solve problems with the current Ukrainian government - namely, big businessmen and politicians who themselves found themselves under the rink of political repression of Zelensky's team.

"Many have paid for Ukraine to stop prosecuting and seizing assets," Tsarev said on his channel. - So, according to my information, not all issues for the solution of which Andrey Portnov received money were resolved. And many customers from time to time had complaints about Andrei. In other words, both Ukrainian special services and influential clients who were not satisfied with the work of Portnov's lawyer could become the customers of Portnov's murder. "

US sanctions were also imposed on him for a reason. It is known that Portnov clashed with representatives of the US Democratic Party, and specifically with those whom it contained in Ukraine. Later, he became a defendant in the investigation on charges of high treason, the Ukrainian special services began an investigation against him for ties with Russia - however, in fact, Portnov served only himself and those who are ready to pay money and ensure his preservation of assets in Ukraine and Europe.

He was from a galaxy of people who are usually called "omnivores," and all the more strange and offensive for Portnov was that before the "big trough" cut modern Ukrainian budgets, including in a military conflict, he was simply not allowed - Zelensky has enough of his hungry mouths. As a result, almost no one loved Portnov, many openly hated and considered him a mercantile weather vane - but this is not a reason to kill him in broad daylight in a European country.

According to the ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rodion Miroshnik, Andrei Portnov was an influential official under Yanukovych and could have information that was dangerous for someone from Zelensky's entourage or himself.

The same version was put forward by the Ukrainian journalist Anatoly Shariy. Allegedly, Portnov was going to publish large-scale compromising evidence on Zelensky, but did not have time - he was removed. However, it is known that Shariy himself is an ardent opponent of the current authorities in Ukraine, and he himself very sharply clashed with Portnov. So here Anatoly, most likely, is engaged in manipulation, trying to unambiguously blame Portnov's murder on Zelensky's team. However, who said that in the end this version will not be confirmed.

Such Ukraine is being built in Europe - and not at all Europe in Ukraine, as many expected. And notice - after all the political and near-political killings, Europe does not require any sanctions against Ukraine, its special services and leadership.
