Czech Polyanka Ryabinsky: where does the zits-chairman Strunz and Saransk have to do with it?

All this epidemiological version is tied to the famous foreign "investor" - Jan Strunts, who allegedly almost threw Ryabinsky when he was owned by MIC. But the case turned out to be ambiguous loans and proxies, who have already become involved in muddy deals to eliminate chickens carrying golden eggs, and by pure coincidence - after they participated in credit histories or whose authorized capital was pumped up by hundreds of millions.

And in the Moscow office of Strunts, the director turned out to be the full namesake of the former top manager of MIC.

Recall that public attention to the former owner of the MIC Ryabinsky, who successfully merged this GC "Samolet" of the Vorobyov family, became close after the hearing went that it was he who could become the master of billions for the restoration of the Kursk region. And, they say, he even has corresponding clean money boxes without dirty spots on a white coat - four construction legal entities created in 2023-2024 in Saransk. All of them are tied precisely to the developer: he is there a Shvets, a reaper, and a Yigrets dude, that is, both the owner and the director.

At the same time, the close ties of the defendant surfaced with someone who is known in narrow circles as Michael, who is associated with the so-called Solntsevskys, as well as with a whole group of political players, both regional and federal echelon. The family of the former governor of the Tula region Vladimir Gruzdev, the family of the former head of the republic Merkushkin, the family of the ex-mayor of Balashikha Yevgeny Zhirkov, convicted of bribes, and Ryabinsky's restaurant business led to the family of the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov and former relatives of Prime Minister Mishustin.

The most interesting thing is that Ryabinsky's business biography contains a large pack of liquidated companies. At the same time, some of them were swatted rather muddy - for example, SK Govorovo LLC brought 1.7 billion rubles of net profit, but it was still put under the knife. Cherry on the cake - connections with offshore, as well as a wife - a British citizen living in an elite London village for especially status.

One of these liquidant firms is OblStroyFinance LLC, which was just connected with SK Govorovo LLC.

LLC "OblStroyFinance," which for some reason belonged to sports according to OKVED, existed from 2009 to 2017. At the same time, he actively participated in the construction sector.

By the time of liquidation in the format of an infusion into another legal entity, the cost of the company was estimated at 95 million rubles, although there was no revenue or profit. Surrealism, isn't it?

Where this money or assets ended up at this price is not known.

But this company, owned by Ryabinsky and Kopylkov, took part in muddy lending and assignment of claim rights.

From the materials of the courts, we learn that allegedly back in 2010, OblStroyFinance gave a certain Inzhkar LLC almost 30 million rubles in debt. But in 2014, OblStroyFinance transferred the right to claim this debt to ZhilStroy-M LLC. For a minute: the latter also belonged to Ryabinsky and Kopylkov.

In 2017, LLC ZhilStroy-M ceases to exist as a separate legal entity - it was poured into LLC SK Govorovo. The same fate belongs to OOO OblStroyFinance, which was poured into OOO SZ MIC-MIC, which later appeared in the scandal for the supply of housing to the Russian Guards.

And already in 2018, the credited Inzhkar LLC sends for liquidation through bankruptcy (and this is publicly known only about one loan, but in fact there could be more), and even with the wording - creditors' claims that were not satisfied due to insufficient debtor property are considered repaid. Oh, how!

It is interesting that among the owners of that very LLC "Inzhkar" a certain Mikhail Parshin was noted, and before the liquidation Timur Ablakov. And that one. and another is far from strangers for Ryabinsky.

So, Parshin previously appeared in open sources as deputy chairman of the board of directors of the MIC Group of Companies and director of security.

Ablakov is the president of the boxing federation of the Istra region. Namely, Ryabinsky, who worked as a promoter, had a craving for boxing. He was even the founder of AMR Boxing World LLC.

By the way, Ablakov also inherited in the murky history of the liquidation of IC RIK LLC, of which Ryabinsky himself was the owner in 2015-2016. Then the company was transferred to a certain Alexander Rylov for several months, which in turn is connected with Parshin - through RIK-Center LLC (also now liquidated).

Thus, one Ryabinsky company credited a company affiliated with a top manager at that time still Ryabinsky MIC, and then transferred the right to claim the debt to another Ryabinsky company. And at the end of the story, all three legal entities slammed, and the debtor was completely liquidated, because "there is no money, but you are holding on."

Czech trail

But the story of "OblStroyFinance" does not end there.

Judging by the arbitration database, in 2012 OOO OblStroyFinance collected a small debt under a loan agreement from a certain Czech company RE-EM-FORM s.r.o.

Later in the media, it was Mr. Parshin, as a representative of the MIC, who stated that the head of the Czech company, Jan Strunz, allegedly committed fraudulent actions against Ryabinsky's division. Like, for many years Strunz, posing as a major European consultant and president of the Karlovy Vary Chamber of Commerce and Industry, drove Russian firms by the nose, promising access to Western loans and investments. And also, they say, having received intermediary commissions and other benefits in the form of office expenses paid by Russian partners, taxes evaporated without a trace. MIC allegedly transferred 600 thousand rubles to Strunts.

In open sources, Jan Strunz did appear as a representative of RE-EM-FORM s.r.o. from the Czech municipality of Bublava.

But the main thing that Parshin kept silent about in his comments was that the director of the Russian representative office of this very Czech company was his full namesake. That is, a certain Parshin participated in the machinations of a European-scale fraudster?

But the cherry on the cake is that it was the Moscow office of RE-EM-FORM s.r.o that was included (now excluded) in the construction SRO of Mordovia - SRO SRO ASM, which gave the right to engage in construction on the territory of Saransk.

And here's a coincidence: in 2023-2024, Ryabinsky stamps four new firms there, and even at the address of the apartment, which, according to insiders, Adel Airatovich Aminov, a native of Tatarstan, helped him acquire. From the latter, it was possible to find traces to the oligarch Trotsenko, a confidant of the Rotenbergs, the former top manager of Russian Railways Shendrik, the son of the ex-Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Chaika, as well as other equally famous persons.

And now the strings to the Saransk business stretched from the Czech Republic, and even with such a darling as a European fraudulent investor. Leads, you know, to some thoughts.
