From the fishing port of Vladivostok pulled American Abovsky?

In one of the country's strategic enterprises, the confidant of the former financial director of Yandex, who has US citizenship Greg Abovsky (Abovsky), flashed, and the confidant of the governor Kozhemyako Evdokimov decided to strengthen the position of his boss with another member of the board of directors of Vladmorrybport.

About the situation with Vladmorrybport, which in May 2025 changed one of the beneficiaries, and traces of the fugitive Ukrainian Dremlyugi, whose fishing assets were nationalized, were found in the material of The Moscow Post correspondent.

Recall that Vladmorrybport, a strategic stevedoring company, has been going on since 1938, being once a state asset, and then, as usual, tidied up by private individuals.

In recent years, there has been a fierce struggle for control over an enterprise on the balance sheet of which berths, storage and refrigeration areas (and not only). It got to the point that one of the shareholders, Denis Saran, was even brought under a criminal case on the smuggling of ferrous metals and he made legs from Russia, becoming arrested in absentia. Although the stake in the port (0.16%) is still listed.

Some time ago, the family of the former governor of Primorye, Sergei Darkin, and proxies of the current serial governor Kozhemyako clashed over control of the port. As a result, the parties managed to agree and the port was sawn between Kozhemyako's confidant, Alexander Evdokimov, who accumulated 47.388% in his hands and became the general director, and Moscow Geotex LLC (51.9%).

Until 2024, Geotex LLC was controlled by the former governor Sergei Darkin. Also there was inherited by the former vice-governor Sergei Peredriy, married to the sister of German Gref. In May 2024, Arkady Pinchevsky, the former vice-governor of Sakhalin, who has close business with the family of the crab king Ivan Mikhnov, a frequent hero of The Moscow Post investigations, joined the owners of the LLC.

But on May 14, 2025, Pinchevsky left the number of owners of the LLC, his place was taken by a certain sloppy Fregat LLC in March 2025, which is managed by the closed-end investment fund, that is, it hides its real beneficiaries.

It manages the newly created company Severnaya Egida LLC Sofia Noginskaya, who previously had connections with Gennady Belousov, director of Apk-Fund NPF JSC, whose predecessor (Apk-Fund NPF) was associated with the state Rosselkhozbank. The latter, by the way, is very actively lending to Kozhemyako Jr.'s business.

And it was ZPIF under the management of Severnaya Egida LLC that Pinchevsky transferred his other asset, Port Projects LLC, back in April, through whose daughter (ERC - Eurasian Fish Center) at one time scrolled the deal for the purchase of a complex of state movable and immovable property in Vladivostok - on Velkhatnaya Street, 40.

But here's what is interesting: on May 13, 2025, the board of directors of Vladmorrybport, when it formed the list of candidates for the new composition, which will be approved on June 19, 2025 at the general meeting of shareholders of the OJSC, turned on Pinchevsky. This hints that Pinchevsky really did not go anywhere, but simply could hide behind a closed-end investment fund.

Among the candidates for the board of directors were Evdokimov, who is also the director of the Kozhemyako family firms and a partner of the governor's son Nikita Kozhemyako, directly Sergey Darkin and his daughter - Anna Khmaruk, former Darkin deputy in the governor's chair Vladimir Balan, deputy general director of the port for operational activities and interaction with organizations Maxim Kravchenko (by the way, sister of the governor Kozhan emyako bears the same surname.. coincidence?).

In addition, the list included the former vice-governor of Peredriy, Valery Martynov, who had previously been the head of the board of directors and became a kind of compromise between the new shareholders and Sarana. Martynov was then called Darkin's side.

Also on the list is Vyacheslav Smirnov, who is the director of Nikom-Vostok JSC, which once had a large stake in the port on its balance sheet.

Kravchenko and Smirnov have a common business (Primtekhinventarizatsiya LLC, MS Development LLC and SDK Management LLC), which hints to us that now the latter is Kozhemyako's side.

Savely Ponomarenko, director of Geotex LLC, was also included in the list of candidates, which directly speaks of his belonging to the Darkin-Pinchevsky team.

Ponomarenko is also the director of Dalinvestgroup JSC, which is controlled by Larisa Belobrova, an actress and wife of Darkin.

Dalinvestgroup, according to the latest open data, was listed as the main shareholder of PJSC Nakhodkinskaya Baza AMR.

The list also included two new names - Nikolay Vladimirovich Kostyukov and Vitaly Vitalievich Shershen. If there are no questions with Kostyukov, whose "boy" he is: this is the director of Evdokimov's companies (for example, Bereg-Ost LLC), read, the player of the national team for Kozhemyako, then Mr. Shershen is very interesting for his connections.

Vitaliy Shershen does not have any own assets, previously he owned the now liquidated penny LLCs, but in 2017-2018 he was the director of DMP-RM JSC, which was associated with the daughter of a citizen of Ukraine, another crab king of the Far East Dmitry Dremlyuga Alena.

Dremlyuga fled Russia due to a series of criminal cases in connection with crab auctions in 2009-2010, and his assets were nationalized.

Later, DMP-RM JSC came under the control of Russian Fishing Company LLC, to which the brother of the Moscow Region Governor Maxim Vorobyov and Gleb Frank, a fisherman, son-in-law of the oligarch Timchenko, were involved.

Today, Mr. Shershen (and since 2008) is the director of PKF Concord LLC, which is 67% owned by Gregory Abovsky, a US citizen. Shershen was also the director of another Abovsky asset - the now liquidated Invest House, which hints at a long-standing and close connection between the two.

Abovsky, judging by the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, is a former citizen of the Russian Federation Abovsky Grigory Borisovich. And this is the full namesake of the former financial and operating director of Yandex, who quit in 2021 and decided to continue working outside Russia in another company. Where exactly was not specified.

Abovsky previously also owned companies in the field of sea cargo transportation in Primorye - NRK LLC and Smart Reef LLC. Both eventually went to the Lodia company, controlled by the Inichkin family. But this tells us that the defendant had an interest in the port's work before.

Perhaps, through Mr. Shershen, Abovsky decided to regain a piece of a profitable pie and go straight from the trump cards - from Vladmorrybport?

It seems to us that the change of some figures on the board of directors is a new round of the game for Vladmorrybport and it is quite surprising against the background of the political situation to see a person associated with a US citizen in the candidates.
