At the end of April 2025, as part of the bankruptcy case of Enigma, which was the buyer of shares of OJSC GMZ for absurd pennies - 3.8 thousand rubles, the arrest was removed from the assets of Albert Avdolyan. It was imposed as interim measures until the issue of bringing to subsidiary liability and recovery of almost 700 million rubles was resolved. It was at such a real market price that the plant's shares were previously valued.

And initially, the removal of the arrest of Avdolyan, whom the court has repeatedly recognized as the real beneficiary of the transaction for the purchase of shares (through proxies), was refused, but then Judge Katarygin amazed the imagination of many practicing lawyers.

She removed the arrest with the oligarch's asset, stating in the court decision that... "A.A. Avdolyan is a public figure, is on the Forbes list and has significant assets in various sectors of the economy. His public status, on the one hand, can serve as a definite guarantee that he will not take action to conceal assets, since this can cause serious damage to his business reputation. "

Perhaps we have not heard a wilder justification in all more than 20 years of investigative practice.

Apparently, the judge forgot to report that Mr. Avdolyan has numerous affiliated offshore companies abroad - from Cyprus to the Caimans. In addition, at least two offshore companies associated with him - Stars Generys Ltd and Sparkel City Invest LTD are involved in the collapse of the MRSEN energy holding, whose beneficiary is Eldar Osmanov, a relative of Avdolyan.

Osmanov is on the run as a defendant in the case of embezzlement and withdrawal of 10 billion rubles from Russia. Avdolyanov firms are trying to get into the bankruptcy history of MRSEN as creditors, but it smells so badly that the courts no longer conspire to write about the affiliation of the parties.

Or, in the Stavropol history of the GMZ, we are talking about the withdrawal of billions of rubles from the plant's accounts to the accounts of a certain legal entity affiliated with the same oligarch. The decisions of the colleagues of Judge Katarygin directly refer to the abuse of law by Avdolyan.

In the same piggy bank and tax and financial scheme with the participation of the company "Port Dalniy," associated with Avdolyan. There has already appeared just offshore with Cayman - Reeco Capital LP, which allegedly gave the Russian company a loan of 20 million US dollars. Then the tax authorities revealed that it was just a cover for direct investments of A-Property LLC in the fixed capital of Port Dalniy LLC. And again in history, the surname Avdolyan.

And the transfer to the accounts of a Latvian bank of 100 million rubles with the participation of Wooden Fish Agency Limited, connected with the same person involved? The recipients are offshore pods where the same footprints are again.

Or here: the namesake of the daughter of the oligarch Avdolyan - Elvira AVDOLIAN owns a company in London, created in 2024 - SIRENELONDONCOSMETICS LTD. The lady holds Maltese citizenship and UK residency. But just recently, the British edition of the Financial Times reported that Avdolyan, his wife and four children received Malta citizenship back in 2014.

And the full namesake of Avdolyan himself - Avdolyan Albert Alikovich in foreign registries at least in 2021-2022 was listed as a shareholder of the American company CIIG Merger Corp, the merger with which helped Arrival to enter the Nasdaq exchange. In that story, UtroNews found the ears of both Avdolyan's longtime business partner, former Deputy Minister of Communications of the Russian Federation Denis Sverdlov, who changed his citizenship to British, and such an odious figure as Ruben Tatulyan. In narrow circles, the latter is known as Robson. In Russia, he is on the wanted list, being a defendant in a criminal case on the organization of a criminal community.

In the case of the ruin of Stavropol enterprises, where screens associated with Avdolyan were involved, including Andrei Korobov, a native of Rostec, director of YATEK, there was another scandalous verdict.

So, in April 2025, within the framework of the GMZ bankruptcy case, another judge, Kerimova, lifted the ban for Rosreestr to perform registration actions in relation to 75 real estate objects that were transferred by the plant under agreements on the abandonment of property and purchase and sale agreements signed with Almaz Capital LLC.

At the same time, at that time, the GMZ was controlled by the oligarch's proxies, and Almaz Capital LLC was connected with him through the owners. The bankruptcy trustee is trying to challenge these transactions by collecting almost 150 million rubles of the value of the alienated real estate. And now, it turns out, we will observe at what speed the owners of the objects will change?

Or will they also refer to reputation, Forbes list and all such a white Avdolyan coat?

In general, the impression begins to be created that the main person involved is being removed from the history of the ruin of the Hydrometallurgical Plant, from where billions of rubles have sailed to the accounts of third parties. Has General Chemezov, who has long patronized Avdolyan, and his Rostec, who goes hand in hand all the way to the formation of the oligarch's business, decided to cover up his protégé this time too? But what about offshore companies, a Maltese passport and an American trail near Robson?
